Orange glazed wild Alaska salmon sheet pan! #ad Partnering with @alaskaseafood on this recipe is a dream! Alaska sets the gold standard when it comes to sustainability and responsibility for all of their seafood. Plus, salmon is just packed with lean protein and omega-3’s so it’s one of my favorite ingredients to have on hand for my family :) This recipe works great with all types of Alaska salmon - try with frozen pink salmon filets from the freezer section for an easy, nutritious, and affordable weeknight meal!! #AskforAlaska Recipe: 1.5-2 lb wild Alaska salmon (pink salmon recommended!) 2 cups broccoli florets 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut in half 1 cup bell pepper slices Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tbsp olive oil For the glaze: 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cups coconut aminos 3 tbsp honey 1/2 tbsp sriracha 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp corn starch Red pepper flakes Salt, to taste 1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Add all glaze ingredients to a small sauce pan on the stove. Whisk and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened. Set aside about 1/2 cup of the glaze for after baking. 3. Meanwhile, prep your salmon and veggies. Add salmon to a parchment lined baking sheet and surround it with your veggies. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. 4. Brush salmon with sauce and pour remainder over veggies. Bake for 20 minutes. Pour extra glaze over salmon and serve.
