The costumes they wear are from Yadanarbon era which means it ain't Lanna culture, it's BURMESE CULTURE The women's outfits resemble traditional Burmese clothing from the Yadanarbon era including the Htaing Ma Thein, which is also worn in traditional bridal attire. The.men's outfits also resemble traditional Shan clothing and the Burmese Taikpon jacket. But it doesn't stop there. The trailer also seems to include the traditional Rakhine oil-lamp dance and Myanmar's historic Peacock Emblem, which has deep connections to our history, monarchy, and struggle for independence. Mind you that The Rakhine Si-mee (Rakhine TraditionalOil-Lamp)Dance is for honoring Lord Buddha. It is not an exotic show to flaunt your beauty in front of men.

I really don't understand why this is creating such a drama. This is purely a movie performance where the costume was inspired by Tai Khuen (Tai Khen) attire—which naturally received historical influence from Myanmar. We are NOT taking Burmese traditional dress and claiming it as Thai culture at all.
