ironing your shirt, especially your collar

klb_13_13 :

And then, surprise! You’re so competent that you get more work with no additional compensation 🥰

Spookydookie :

Incorrect, I prefer to be the source of confusion

morph :

Next Level is not to care, just do your best and leave early.

bmcz3b :

Why? Just so they can rate you “meets expectations” and give you a .5% raise?

saly :

I want them to think I am useless but not useless enough to be let go

H :

This is so true. I’m going to my 1-1s with my boss with the “here are all my updates and problems” and I’m not approaching things from a consultant mindset

kenxtcg :

The best advice is to question someone’s thought process. Thank me later

mm.somebody :

Lorn :

Alec I don’t wanna do this anymore

Harry P. Ness :

Thanks king

og_ai_man :

Or be source of chaos so they don’t know what’s coming. That will make you VP

Sophie :

I fear these sort of videos are coming up on the FYP of the most toxic ppl in the office lol

Spookydookie :

You become the source of clarity and they reward you with double the work with no raise in compensation. No thank you, they can figure it out

Golf with Brando 🏌️🏼‍♂️ :

This comment section doesn’t pass the vibe check

TiredParent :

There’s no time for that, you need to tailor this as you go (speak and listen )

Shana :

This is why I keep to myself

Carlos Danger :

I thought you were gonna say wear a suit
