Hotels are usually cheaper now and don’t have cleaning fees so i rarely choose Airbnb over hotel

Those homes need to be sold so families can live in them. Enough with people hoarding homes for profit.

Unless it’s the only option, I’m choosing a hotel.

I enjoyed AirBnB at first because it was cheaper than a hotel but now hotels are cheaper and have more amenities 🤷🏼♀️

I stay in Airbnb‘s all the time and I have never been charged a fee, but I do clean up to the level they expect (and it’s annoying)

Why do people even use Airbnb? It cost just as much as a hotel. You have a cleaning fee and you have to clean yourself. You never get clean towels or bedsheets throughout the entire day, you don’t have room service. You don’t have 24 hour customer support front desk. You don’t have the security, you don’t have people helping you with the bags, like why?

Honestly with what you mention and the lack of anything remotely associated with safety standards that other parts of industry adheres to leaves me just staying I. Hotels.

I like hotels if I can. The owners of those BnBs should put those houses up for sale so a family can use them as intended.

I had complaints about my hair on the floor, bc I blow dry my hair and pay a cleaning fee, no I’m not sweeping it up. The guy was insulting and complained heavily and wanted extra cleaning fee.

Air cover is a joke. Had a guest leave house full of trash, clothing, spills and splatters everywhere and I got $0 for the extra 10 hours of work over a holiday weekend

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s and the only thing that we were required to do is wash the dishes we used and take out the trash generated on our way out the door. If you can’t do those two minor things you should stay in a hotel.
