Ron Bison :
She is a high-powered banking executive. He runs a cocoa factory in a town called Christmas Falls that owes money to her bank. She has to come to town to inspect the factory, because he's trying to take out a second mortgage for renovations. They meet. Sparks fly. Literal sparks. The cocoa factory catches fire. Turns out her bank AND the cocoa factory were laundering money for the Russian mob, and she was a whistleblower. The fire was a last-ditch effort to cover their tracks and make a big payday, but she survives, and now she has amnesia and thinks her name is Sally Claus and that she works for the cocoa factory. A federal investigation is opened into the fire, and a federal prosecutor comes to town and they fall in love while her team is investigating the factory and the bank. They take the factory owners and the bankers to court, but their lawyers are too good, they just don't have the smoking gun - not since the whistleblower stopped answering their messages. At the eleventh hour, "Sally Claus" remembers everything, testifies against the bankers and factory owner, and they get sentenced to multiple life sentences and fined billions of dollars, which is handed to the people of Christmas Falls, who invest it in local business and infrastructure and transform from a factory town into a thriving burg. The whistleblower gets a job working for a social justice lobby in DC, and she and the federal prosecutor get married on Christmas.
