I know union drivers that preplanned where they were going to breakdown and get that clock money, and that's probably why that company merged with another union company and now it doesn't exist.

a fair days of work a fair days of pay if your 25yrs old & do 100 cs a hour when I man that's 50 yes old & 70 cs a hour but the company requires 70 cases a hour & because a 50year old man does what a company requires just because the 25 years young man does a 100 cases a hour it doesn't mean he is a better worker & the older worker is lazy because of his cases count he is not lazy

I have told people, if you are a high productivity worker you are fine. But when you start slacking off management starts watching. And that goes both ways for union and non-union employees.
