Logically, the idea wouldn't be bad if it were out of volition/willingness,but since it's mandatory, I smell fish somewhere, this ain't the right way to do things. Coz we've seen children of Ministers receiving best educational trainings abroad (like Balaam's kids, etc etc) so it would be unfair for other kids to eat bad food & harsh treatment in camps at Kyankwanzi here while their own kids live & learn at their own pace in apartments in the UK
