this exactly. the way he talked to me yesterday surpasses the worst i could have thought. then sat on my mf couch, called his friends, and dog piled me on speakerphone while i sat trying to finish my wfh shift. so degrading. it’s been two days and i haven’t talked to him since. i can’t even look at him the same. the sad part is, i don’t even miss him. it’s like the switch completely shut off.

I was just told that expecting a man to keep his word is putting a curfew on him 🫡 sometimes there’s just no winning. “I’ll be home no later than 5” means the meal I spent 8 hours slow cooking to perfection will be ready at 5:15 and we can actually sit and eat dinner together because we never get to! but pulling up two hours later without a word isn’t an issue, asking to keep your word is.
