Instead of hitting it like you are pounding fufu in mortar,grind it like you are grinding pepper so that it smoothens out before you pound it together like you are doing

Put it in a rubber rather then but it in water let it boil on the fire then remove it, and put it down for it to cool then use this method to prepare it, it will be well and good for you to eat is nice try it and thank me later 🥰
