This is why I am extremely polite and respectful almost layered heavily to people who handle my food. It makes me extremely uncomfortable (to the point of physical discomfort) to send food back because I don’t want them to look at me like I’m an a-hole who just wants to be a jerk to servers even if something on my order is wrong.
