Genuinely had a customer tell me they had a driver apologise about the bang in the back when they had to break hard, it was apparently the bloke in boot trying to sleep got woken up. I thought either the customer was exaggerating or the driver was taking the mick. It's obvs true 🤣 west lancs close to st Helens
