I just tested positive for the flu on Friday. Thank goodness my symptoms are pretty mild. I’ve had a fever elevated heart rate around 120 little bit of hard time breathing and cough coughing and my eyes were very itchy, but the nausea is not going away.

How long did it take for your heart rate to return to normal? Did your BP spike too? I'm currently in that situation, diagnosed with flu B and my only symptoms are headaches and rapid heat rate with elevated BP. I'm kinda scared honestly. I've never in my life felt this. Cov*d didn't even do this to me.
