На 9 неделе беременности я едва не потеряла своего малыша… У меня пошли нехорошие выделения и на узи обнаружили отслойку!!!  То, что пережила я, может случиться с любой женщиной. Делюсь этим не ради жалости, а чтобы каждая будущая мама была внимательнее к себе и своему телу. ❌ 1. Стресс и усталость. Я думала, что справлюсь, продолжая работать в до беременном режиме. Но организм дал сбой. Беременной женщине важно отдыхать! ❌ 2. Игнорирование тревожных сигналов. Тянущая боль, слабость, головокружения, я списывала всё на «норму», хотя это было не так. ❌ 3. Нехватка нужных витаминов.  Не будем забывать что мне 36 и за плечами 2 родов, а так же турбо-режим жизни. Организму не хватало ресурсов. ❌ 4. Неправильное питание. Иногда ела на бегу, не задумываясь о ценности продуктов. А ведь питание важно в начале беременности. ❌ 5. Несвоевременное обращение к врачу. Я доверилась фразе «ничего страшного», хотя внутри чувствовала тревогу. Если бы пришла раньше, возможно, удалось бы избежать опасности. Сейчас у меня 26 недель беременности и я безумно благодарна Богу что он спас моего малыша.  Мамочки, пожалуйста, не игнорируйте даже мелкие симптомы, слушайте себя и обращайтесь во время к врачу! В блоге рассказываю весь путь беременности в 36, воспитание подростков и семейные будни без прикрас.
