Some people can’t let go of the evil that is in their past, it’s ok to look at the past as long as you’re looking back at the good things the treasured memories and nothing else. Just don’t live in the past visit every once in a while, but don’t live it or relive it leave it alone. The future hasn’t been born yet, but so many people worry about what tomorrow brings because they can’t control it, nowadays there’s too many people that worry about what they can control and what they can’t. If you can’t control it, don’t worry about it in the future, but don’t live there either and worry. Today is the year and now today is the promise. Don’t bring the sludge from yesterday into today, and don’t sully today’s gift with tomorrow’s worry of what you can’t control. Stay in the hearing and now enjoy what you can today and make that a pleasant memory for the past.
