Exactly!!! And worse if you are a woman who has been a leader by default prior to being with a man; maybe the go-to sibling for all family issues and the “go-to & get it done” corporate employee for many years, not questioning becomes hard and may even be foreign to most. Regardless, I will question as it’s in my nature to do so.

But when your supervisor doesn’t have time to talk, and need something done. Talking too much and taking too much time can get you fired..😅 you don’t have to understand my whole process if you got questions hold them until it’s over with because that’s what we do when we try to trust y’all and things don’t look right we don’t ask questions in the middle. We wait till it’s over and whether the outcome good or bad we can see what you were doing what you were doing. But to question you and doubt you in the very beginning of it before the plane even comes to fruition is treacherous.
