OH get it!!! You should have seen me trying to “move” my body again after being homebound and in bed for a year after two spinal surgeries fusing 10 vertebra. oh my goah! Trying to “worm” the body again after all of that consisted of about two glasses of wine and my body hurting the next day. lol. A body in motion tends to stay in motion. For real!! Congrats on your recovery!
