So I’ll educate everyone because he’s doing this for engagement purposes. These companys lay people off and are now citing AI as the reason because it’s being rewarded by the market. It’s not the real story. Meta did a huge layoff, cited AI, stock boomed and literally were hiring for the roles they cut shortly after. I know that for an absolute fact. It’s all about market sentiment. This Barclays layoff is mostly impacting India where they over hire like crazy for reasons I will not say on this app.
