Because women have to go through men hurting us. 1 in 4 women are raped and that’s only the women who tell. As someone who’s been pregnant, my ex poisoned me to kill my baby so he didn’t have to be a father and police didn’t believe me. I suffered four months of pregnancy for nothing and the morning sickness almost killed me I kept no water down for so long I almost died… but still wouldn’t have been able to get an abortion if I had wanted one. I once gave my ex a 20k dream car with money I got from a lawsuit and he still cheated on me, kicked me out and left me homeless where I then had to fight off men at night for 3 months working at a gas station. Yet I’m still a hard working sweet and soft woman… after going through all that I shouldn’t trust any man- every woman has a story not just me. When a man sees a woman like me and decides he wants to be with and protect me it’s up to him to prove that he’s not like those men that hurt me. When that is proven I will be the soft mommy cook and cleaner he wants me to be most of us would… but there is a decline of men worth being soft for. Sorry for the paragraph
