This state sucks when it comes to helping children. In Portales, the schools got rid of our 1:1 services for our special needs daughter. All while they lost a special needs student. Our 1:1 BCBA was provided privately.

My little sisters went to that daycare, and when my mom went to pick up my sisters the cops were there, that baby was in the same class as my sister and had ate the same food… happy to say we’re looking for new daycare.
