Uedcl cant be blamed coz power at stadiums organising night league games in Africa is supposed to be by generator as a rule by CAF to avoid disruptions from sudden power outage,so the source of power has to be exclusive.Last night's power failure is an issue at kcca stadium has to sort in regards to their generator.Alternatively kcca can notify CAF,then arrange with uedcl & connect to one of those special lines that never go off,if it is hosting night games.Uedcl shldnt be blamed coz tge areas around the stadium had power.
