it doesn’t really make a difference to me if they’re scented or not but i feel bad for the ppl who are sensitive to fragrance and prefer fragrance free lip products. i feel like it would make more sense for them to just have scented or unscented as an option for each shade

I think it’s bc so many people complained they rather have the limited edition scents. I wouldn’t buy toast if it wasn’t scented. Don’t love the brown but love the smell.

I agree about the overconsumption part. Her brand is definitely overconsumption because what’s up with them making separate lids for the pocket pearls? Like you have to buy THE rhode charms that has the loop lid if you want to use it as a charm. Using scarcity/limited edition marketing to have people buying multiples of the same product. I think the reason why they did this because a lot of people complained about the smell of the unscented version how it smells really bad either if it’s brand new or only had it for a few weeks to a month (I’m also one of them, I’m really glad they did this.). But they do not have to discontinue the unscented ones. I do understand and feel for those people who are allergic to scents, they could have just fixed the “scent” of the unscented version and not spoil after having it for a few weeks to a month.
