@melrobbins: This is advice I wish I'd learned years ago. When you're overthinking a decision, going back and forth between two options. Stop asking "this or that" and start looking for a third possibility. On this episode of The Mel Robbins Podcast, I finally welcome one of my favorite thinkers, world-renowned organizational psychologist and Wharton School professor Adam Grant, whose research I've been citing for over 10 years. 🎧 "How to Unlock Your Full Potential with #1 Professor Adam Grant" Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube - search "The Mel Robbins Podcast Adam"
Make the best choice with the information you have. Sometimes it’s not that you’re confused. It’s just that you’re afraid of making the wrong decision. You just have to make peace with not knowing how everything will turn out. Let go and move.

yeahhhh budddyy 😎 :
overthinking can more then 2 options.
it can because trying to figure out what someone meant from what they said?
if you have to try and guess what people meant from what they said?.
they obviously the person is playing mind games instead of being straight forward and honest.
