@wendymccallummedium: Sound is vibration, and vibration is energy. When I play my Nepalese singing bowl, I like to think of the sound travelling through the body, finding its way to where it's needed most. We all experience sound differently. Some feel the vibrations in their chest, others in their stomach, head or even their hands and feet. Some simply feel a beautiful sense of calm. Take a moment, close your eyes, listen and allow yourself to receive the sound without trying to analyse it. Where do you feel the vibration in your body? I'd love to know, because we all experience energy and sound in our own unique way. #soundhealing #singingbowl #energy #HealingJourney #soundbath
