@techinherstep: Facebook's new "Your Algorithm" feature gives you more control over your Facebook Feed, but there's a privacy trade-off you should know about. Meta is rolling out a new way to personalize your Facebook Feed and Reels by letting you explain, in your own words, what you want to see more or less of. Here's the catch: When you tell Facebook WHY you don't want to see something, you could unintentionally reveal sensitive personal information about your finances, health, relationships, or family. And according to Meta's announcement, its AI can combine what you type with information Facebook already knows about you. That raises some important privacy questions: How long is your written feedback stored? Could it be used for personalized advertising? Meta's feature announcement doesn't clearly answer these questions. My advice: Tell Facebook what you want to SEE, not what's happening in your LIFE. #tiktoktechcontest #privacymatters #facebooktips #youralgorithm #facebookreels

Thank you for sharing, is frustrating to see that they are stealing data and nothing can be done about it, even worse when you provide information and try to help people is not even paying attention
