A 34-year-old registered sex offender who groomed and repeatedly raped two 15-year-old girls in secluded locations has received a 21-year extended sentence. Maidstone Crown Court heard that Kieran Chadwick-Tattersall, of Standen Grove, Sittingbourne, targeted both children separately over social media between June and September 2024. He used money and gifts to groom the girls, drove them in his car to isolated spots to rape them, and threatened one victim that he would contact her parents if she refused to meet him. Detectives uncovered the abuse after Chadwick-Tattersall was arrested in Nottingham for a separate incident and officers examined his phone. He admitted multiple charges including rape and false imprisonment. On Monday 19 October 2026, the judge sentenced him to 17 years in prison with a four-year extended licence and an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
