@zoraviqmedia: Madam C. J. Walker was said to be America's first self-made woman millionaire. In 1917 she said she was not one yet. Guinness World Records credits her with that first. Born Sarah Breedlove in 1867, she built a hair-care and cosmetics company for Black women. Her New York Times obituary reports her saying in 1917 that she was not yet a millionaire. After she died in 1919 her wealth was estimated at roughly half a million to a million dollars, so historians still debate the claim. Do you count her as the first? History, not financial advice.
