It looks like they’re trying to get left, but they haven’t turned their lane assist off. The repainted lines probably confused the lane assist into knowing what type of lane was which. But panic stops ppl from logically thinking. Stop. As soon as your car enters the “emergency lane,” stop. Stop your vehicle completely. & then pull off the road & into the grass for safety. Then figure out what just happened, fix it, get back into the emergency lane if it’s safe, get up speed to merge back into traffic.
