been using sun beds for 11 years now and nasals and honestly I'm so over it it ages you so much I've just turned 29 and I'm focusing on keeping my skin healthy

Not to mention the skin cancer side of things, the nhs missed my mums not once but 13 times, luckily I was an annoying child and made her go private, I paid for it and it was 15k for the surgeries. Most people are not fortunate to have private health care, so most people don’t make it/ end up worse. Glad your feeling better within yourself

But how much were you using the sun bed? And same question to the commenters that got skin cancer (I’m so sorry this happened and want to avoid it). I still need sun exposure once in a while during winter for my health so I just need to know if there is a safe way to do it. Thank you.
