@sheonap: La salade César, c'est quelque chose quand même 🤭 Avant qu'il fasse totalement froid et que je me mette à manger des tartiflettes, j'avais envie de refaire cette salade que je mange habituellement en terrasse ! 😋 🥖 Ingrédients : • Filet de poulet • Œufs • Chapelure crispy • Pâtes • Salade • Sauce César • Parmesan 👩🏽‍🍳 Préparation : Couper le filet de poulet et l'aplatir. Le tremper dans l'œuf puis dans la chapelure, avant de le faire frire. Faire cuire les pâtes à côté et les laisser refroidir. Préparer la salade, puis y ajouter les pâtes refroidies et la sauce César. Une fois le poulet bien cuit, le couper en morceaux et l'ajouter à la salade. Ajouter le parmesan et voilà... à table !
