do you have a sun roof? that patten doesn't look like any type of soda explosion or anything. to me that looks like your sun roof might be leaking into your car and traveling through the liner then back. could be wrong but worth looking into.

if you have proof it wasn't like that when you dropped it off, should've called the cops and refused to pay until they either fixed what they did or made it so you didn't have to pay. either way police report and small claims court if they refuse to fix their mistakes
