If you put the hair in curlers, then apply neutralizer, you can mold the hair into a curly shape. Basically what a gina curl is.

let’s not be obtuse. it obviously “relaxes” the curl, but not the same chemicals. wouldn’t you expect that better ones would be found? started relaxing my hair in ‘75 when lye was still used. got japanese straightening in the early 2000s. this looks more like that. started keratin about 15 years ago but now natural. hair was straightest with japanese straightening.

black people can retain moisture without a straightening treatment, and black hair is manageable without that as well. watch your language. genuinely nothing wrong with your service but do not talk about black peoples hair like that. retaining moisture is about routine and hair health, not whether the hair is straight or not.
