anyone can but lights and pretend to be law. i promise im not stopping in Houston m Texas for an unmarked carm that car better match all other op cara amd it better be clearly marked and i vetter be abke tobcall the pilice department and verify the car number and license plate. too many gangs out here and other crimes mimicking law tonsteal your cars. Get matching cars like cops, Mark the damn cars, wear the damn, cameras and stop break8ng laws to get the $5000 / head bonus for a department. that bonus is causing not bad behavior but added felonies and illegal fatal injuries and creating felons and criminals out of the people having someone over a damn piece of paper. they are literally becoming felons to nab a misdemeanor equivalent to got a speeding ticket and oops missed a court date. can we say counter productive
