Being an artist for 21 years …. Iv done it both ways and……. I still go back to eyes an brows first… there no right or wrong it’s just what’s comfortable …. Also make the direction of your brush strokes intentional… we are not windshield wipers on a car lol and I’m known for the 90’s an 2000’s Pam Smokey eye lol
