@tvpworld.com: Polish inventor’s flying vehicle prepares to join U.S. police patrols A flying vehicle developed by a Polish inventor could soon take to the skies over Florida, as Florida Polytechnic University prepares to use the electric aircraft for police patrols and emergency response.  The aircraft was developed by Jetson, a company co-founded by Polish inventor Tomasz Patan, who also serves as its chief technology officer.  The university says its police department is the first in the U.S. to introduce a piloted electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft for law enforcement, although operational flights still require federal approval.  #Poland #Police #Fly
