It's so according to the officers, it is now a felony for someone to call 911 on you, even if you're not committing a crime. You are automatically a felon, if someone close 911 on you

Every f****** officer that believes you must ID, just because you're in f****** public belongs. In prison, it is not a felony to be in. Public, the law literally says an officer must have reasonable article suspicion of a crime to demand id. Apparently, it is a f****** crime to be in public now
