Daycare ratios in my state is 1:15 so expecting 1 person for 30 kids is insane. Realistically I think that 2:30 is even too high 😅 I would get atleast 3 people

I’m a wedding Nanny in GA and I’ve never had this many kids requested but for us to do 10kids for 6 hours we charge $1500 so absolutely not. This would be roughly 3-4k easy if you hire actual professionals

15.00 per hour?? That's what .50 cents per kid. oh hell no. Plus no mention of if you get food. No mention of activities provided, toys etc... Do they really expect you alone in a room with 30 kids and nothing to do. Plus so is cleaning up? 30 kids with food?? That's likely going to be a huge mess they haven't accounted for cleaning after.

I didna job like this over 20 years ago. The family hired me and a friend of mine. We were in high school and were paid $300 each, for 3 hours and free room service. I think we watched 2 kids, with the possibility of about 5.

That’s illegal, the age ranges have different ratios. In my state you can only have 10 children per teacher/nanny due to there being a 3 yr old. If there is a 2 yr old or younger they would need 1 teacher per 4 children. It’s not mix and match. The youngest child decides the ratio for the entire group. That’s 7+ Nannies.
