Everyone failed that innocent child. And where were these family members when the child didn’t even have diapers? Family usually knows when one of their own is struggling 😔

The officer didn’t pull out their guns until the driver back up and turn the car around almost hitting the officer. Then the driver put the car in drive and actually drove towards the line of officers. If anything the driver should get charged with murder and the mother endangered her baby by shoplifting and using her baby as a human shield
