my husband was eating a slice of cake from Northgate and was chewing on a push pin! when we called the Market they didn't care and said they don't even use those at the store.

Call the Orange County health inspector. I hate to say that, but I had gotten salmonella from a restaurant and I called and told the manager and they said oh sorry your proof doesn’t mean it’s us. My doctors office actually called health inspector for us, since I was in the ER

Law suit, that was a physical contaminant and the employee should have immediately called in management for an incident report from. Seek an attorney ASAP, the business needs to pay for any damages and/or medical care.

i would report them to the health department! this happened to me at jollibee i bit down on a piece of metal and could’ve broke my tooth. they did take responsibility and luckily i was fine but having to go to the er is crazy and you have evidence so lawyer up

I think most of those puestos are individually operated establishments just in northgate. I would try to get in contact with owners of the taco place to resolve it? I’m not sure though, sorry this happened to you guys!
