If he sues, he’d be suing the NFL and not the Philadelphia Eagles as it was already stated the NFL lead medical person was in charge of the situation in London where Hurts had labs done at the Cleveland Clinic. Those doctors there were the experts that cleared him to play and said to get re-imaging done in 72 hours.

At the end of day it's the Eagles medical staff that gave the "ok" so it's their license on the line for making the final decision, now if you want more involved then make a bigger case.

As a professional athlete….you have to have some level of knowledge about medical complications from injuries, yes a doctor is exactly that a doctor and you shouldn’t have to second guess that a doctor would steer you to play when it’s unsafe but common sense says that if they said don’t sleep you could die….

and if that 3rd party provider has an indemnification clause that Eagles has to indemnify them for any liability suits ( although its probably the Eagles that would have that clause against the provider), it can get even more complicated
