Have you gone to your doctor? I take 2 medication for my migraines and tbh they’ve worked better than others I have. My migraines change every couple years!

Hi Love , I also suffer from migraines. An ER Nurse recommended taking magnesium glyconate. It’s also great as a sleep aid . I’ve been using g it for a few months now and works better than Rx migraine meds.
