@breadbyhope: I’ve seen these beautiful, professional grade banneton baskets for years. Bulka makes various sourdough tools but their banneton baskets are top notch. They are make with wood-pulp and come in lots of different shapes with texture options! The one I am using is the Medium, oval with stripes which works great for my beginner sourdough recipe.
