Got scammed the same way the other day. Same excuse of it not being properly packed, the scammer also removed 90% of the bubble wrap in their pictures… luckily it wasn’t something super expensive but I learned my lesson. I think those of us seller who have lost a lot need to band together and see about legal action against Vinted. This is on Vinted they choose to not have an appropriate level of customer support and it is run by AI that is programmed to take the buyers side. Sellers have no protection on the app.
