@rapmarathon: What it sounds like when everybody got their own distinct sound and style.. 85 South Show and BlaccMass gotta make this an official song 🔥🔥🔥 Made by @blaccmass x @94.2thebridge 🎥: @85 South Show Song: Can’t Believe - Faith Evans ft. Carl Thomas (BlaccMass Mashup) Chico Bean, Karlous Miller and DC Young Fly were freestyling during an episode of The 85 South Show with Benny the Butcher back in August 2026. The three comedians started going back and forth over an instrumental, switching flows, cracking jokes and sounding like they came straight out of the 90s. BlaccMass took that freestyle and matched it with Faith Evans and Carl Thomas’ 2001 classic “Can’t Believe,” which samples The Firm’s 1997 song “Phone Tap,” produced by Dr. Dre. They were talking about how much their flows sounded like the early 90s during the original episode and now people are comparing their deliveries to Das EFX, André 3000, Left Eye from TLC and the Native Tongues era. Each of them brought something different, and the chemistry between the three is what makes the freestyle work. The 85 South Show has been combining hip-hop, freestyling and comedy for years, going from their Wild ’N Out days to building their own platform and releasing their Netflix comedy special 85 South: Ghetto Legends in 2023. Now people are asking for an actual song from the trio. #rap #fyp #fypシ #hiphop #freestyle

This is what’s missing from rap. Personality. Different styles. This kind of rap is what makes the genre fun. Be eccentric, have a huge personality through your delivery - the rhymes are a bonus but the delivery is everythangggggg
