I get up at 5am and do all my house tasks, workout, and get ready before my kid wakes up. We go on a walk right after breakfast. Routine has saved us. Cooking early in the day or making enough for leftovers. Last but not least, grocery delivery has saved me as well. I couldn’t do this until my baby started sleeping in her own room, was weaned, and slept through the night which was after 1. That first year was hardddd.
