As long as elites & oligarchs determine govt policy, the people WILL suffer. They speak of democracy, one man one vote, majority rules, self determination, ladeedah! Oh, you are so right, it’s scary that greed sick thinking like Bill Gates alters our world because of his money, which of course gives him power. This should have never of happened. How do you let a very small group of people rule and decide how the world works who lives who dies or anything else like that? Humanities is in trouble because of greed. A lot of people can recognize their greed or the selfishness however you wanna put it and they deal with it. They deal with it on even basis they say look I want people to treat me this way so I should treat people the same way.. yet the power of money changes them. I don’t know if this happens to everybody that gets that kind of money in power.. I don’t know if we can get a good person that cares about humanity about people. They’ve never met about families that are just trying to make it. But that’s the leader we need is one that cares about others all over the world they’ve never met.
