Behind the shed: Cornhole and horseshoes. And a dartboard cabinet hinged on the back of the shed that you can pull out if you want to play darts. (You're good at building and could figure out how to make it bc idk LOL). And maybe a bar too either on side of shed or fence with barstools.

Set up yard games like Giant Connect 4 and horse shoe or corn hole. Or maybe a nice hammock in the shade for relaxing

If you have kids or friends with kids you could do like a kid play area with sand and toys or something??? Or perhaps a bar for drinks?? 😂 or I liked the original darts idea just add some cute boards around it so it wouldn’t damage the fence
