@skin_withsarah_: 😂💃 I’m 68, and my sister STILL brings out my inner 20-year-old! Some things really NEVER change! 🤍 We might have a few more wrinkles, a little less energy, and need a longer recovery after dancing… 😂 But put us together, turn on some music, and suddenly we’re 20 again! Getting older doesn’t mean you have to stop having FUN! ✨ At 68, I’ve learned that staying young at heart is just as important as taking care of your body. Life is too short to stop laughing, dancing, and making memories with the people you love. ❤️ We may be getting older, but we’re NEVER growing up! 💕 👯‍♀️ Tag your sister or best friend you’d still be dancing with at 80! 😂👇 ✨ Follow @skin_withsarah_ for more healthy-aging inspiration, confidence, and real-life moments after 50!
