@lindie730: September 17, 2026, we rode the streetcar to visit the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. They have done such a beautiful job of honoring those who served and give you a true sense of what they experienced. I was skeptical about going but so glad I did! After we went to Dragos and had charbroiled oysters, a new favorite and some Gumbo (I mean how could we go to NOLA and not have Gumbo?!) Then we strolled down the riverfront, watching the riverboats launch for their evening journeys. We reached Jackson Square at dusk and had beignets and wandered the French Quarter. #nationalworldwariimuseum #neworleans #cafedumonde #stlouiscathedral #happyplace
