@ayreonakparish: HOT HONEY HARVEST CHICKEN SHEET PAN 🍂🍯 HOW I MADE IT: Preheated my oven to 425°F. Added cubed butternut squash, halved Brussels sprouts, and sliced red onion to a sheet pan. Drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Tossed everything together and roasted for 10 minutes. While the veggies roasted, I seasoned boneless chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Added the chicken to the sheet pan and baked for another 15 minutes. For the hot honey glaze, I mixed together: * 3 tbsp honey * 1–2 tsp hot sauce * 1 tbsp Dijon mustard * 1 tbsp melted butter * ½ tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp apple cider vinegar Brushed the glaze over the chicken and returned everything to the oven for another 8–12 minutes, until the chicken was fully cooked (165°F) and the veggies were tender.
