JLA/Avengers (2003–2004) – My Review SPOILERS*** I honestly think JLA/Avengers is an awesome crossover. Seeing some of the greatest superheroes from DC and Marvel come together to face an incredibly powerful, multiversal threat was absolutely amazing. One of my favorite aspects was how the heroes initially fought against each other, only to eventually put their differences aside and unite against a common enemy. I especially loved how Superman and Captain America respected each other. I loved the rivalries between Green Arrow and Hawkeye, Flash and Quicksilver, as well as the short conversation between Thor and Aquaman where they kinda understand each other and turn into buddies. Another hilarious moment was Batman casually beating the crap out of the Punisher off-panel. We didn’t even get to see the actual fight, which I kinda found unfortunate. Would’ve love to see that. I also really enjoyed how the heroes constantly switched between different versions of their costumes because of the multiversal crisis. Seeing all those iconic looks from different eras was such a cool touch and a great tribute to the history of both universes. While I wouldn’t say the overall story was anything groundbreaking or a 10/10 masterpiece, it was still a solid and entertaining adventure with some unforgettable moments. One of the biggest highlights for me was Superman temporarily being able to wield Mjolnir, using its power to break through Krona’s defenses and help stop him. I also loved how Hawkeye delivered the final blow, showing that even an ordinary human can make a difference against a godlike cosmic being. What I found particularly interesting was that Superman couldn’t lift Mjolnir anymore after the battle, making that moment even more special. Overall, JLA/Avengers is a fantastic celebration of both universes. The story itself might not be extraordinary, but the character interactions, epic battles, hilarious moments, and iconic references make this crossover absolutely worth reading! #comictok #comicdeutschland #dccomics #fyp #foryou - @chrisshowfiggzz
